Thank you, Don — these are wonderful words coming from you. Judging by your Twitter profile (following you now!) when I see your words, “ I have to constantly be cognizant of my choices and why I am making them,” I sense you are someone who truly puts this into practice.

And for me, that’s the key. I like to say it like this — the big leaps we take in life (discomfort!) are a function of the small steps we take every day (the small, simple, and repeatable daily self investments.) Over time, the leaps come and we surprise ourselves.
