As for the travel on a moment’s notice, like anything, it’s a practice. Many people think of it as the ability to go anywhere anytime. Sometimes, it’s just as simple as doing something on a moment’s notice — going for a run, meeting a friend, or a last minute trip to someplace close instead of far.
