Thank you, Lorenzo. I wanted to read this a little bit more before replying -here goes. I know for me in evaluating things that didn’t go well or caused me frustration, anger, etc. — of the words you chose in your reply, I’d try to focus on “choices.” Here, it feels to me you can act on this — you have choice, or the power to choose. Yes, hurtful actions beyond your control may have happened that affected you but the choice how you respond is yours.
