Thank you so much, Charles — great thoughts. For clarification, by “absolute,” I mean all the time.

Positivity is most definitely a huge part of who I am — like anything, it’s a practice. But, I believe one of the most important ways positivity finds me is that I let go of it, every day. The more I can give myself a “clean slate,” even if for just a few minutes each day and pay attention to where I am, I open new pathways.

Absolute conjures up a feeling of “forced” for me. Like it MUST be there, which in the complexity of human emotions feels a little off natural balance. That’s just me. What about you?
