Thank you so much for reading and commenting, Stephan — much appreciated. I see what you mean here and can relate to these symptoms of not pushing ourselves. I went through such a phase a few years back.

I remember that inaction discomfort. It was like a completely different version of myself that went through that experience. Unlike the discomfort I write in the post, inaction discomfort is exactly what I try to avoid in my life today.
