This is a great story, 1/2d — thank you for sharing. When I was the CEO of USA Canoe/Kayak (under the umbrella of the US Olympic Committee,)all of the professional development conferences among these non-profit sports organizations took on the same problems viewed by the same people, over and over again.

At one point, I attended a similar kind of conference but for leaders from professional sports organizations. Completely different idea, conversations, and practices. I was so challenged and far more moved to action in this room — the tone and spirit was so refreshing. Truly an eye opener!
