It’s amazing what a little time and distance can do for us. I believe we can highlight our life-lessons and the people who made them possible in a humble way with a spirit of discovery. Said a little differently, one of the lessons I’ve learned since leaving USA Canoe/Kayak three years ago is that growth is one part choosing the direction you want to go and another part moving away from where you don’t want to be.
